Passion for Brunch – Baked Pepper and Gruyere Omelet

For all the aficionados like myself and all my crew here in Köln…We always love to cook and meet for brunch. If only… like good old times, we could meet up every sunday. So here is my resolution for 2013, try to come up with as many yummy recipes to enjoy on Sunday as possible.
